Estates Planning Attorney The candidate will assist business owners, families and individuals with estate planning needs, tax planning and estate and trust administration. Attorney will be responsible for preparing various estate planning documents including, by way of example wills, powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care proxy forms and various documents relating to probate and estate administration. Should have 3 years of estate planning, estate administration or tax experience and will be admitted to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
