Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for: Scanning, labeling and saving/uploading documents. Receiving and sending correspondence. Calendaring (case related and non-case related). Compiling submissions/applications. Keeping charts/spreadsheets of data on various projects. Entering data in our case management system. Electronic and paper filing (if accessible). Fielding and making phone calls. Good computer skills are required. Legal secretarial experience required. Familiarity with Office365 Suite preferred.
