Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to answer switchboard calls, greet and communicate with clients and potential clients, request medical records, statistical data, manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate with court reporters and administrators to schedule hearings, depositions, client meetings, hearings and trials, receive and record payments received for clients, balance daily and monthly reports, prepare discovery, legal pleadings and correspondences, summonses, complaints, motions, and subpoenas; organize and update client files with pleadings, correspondence and relevant case documents, file court documents, create, organize and update trial and deposition notebooks.
