Associate Attorney - Banking Practice Group The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is needed. Should have 3+ years of Banking experience with financial institution lending and compliance. Must have familiarity with federal financial services and consumer protection regulations including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, BSA, EFTA, FCRA, HMDA, Flood regulations, GLBA, and UDAAP. Should specialize in compliance regulations for financial institutions (banks and credit unions). Familiarity with the Wisconsin Consumer Act is a plus. Experience with reviewing and documenting loan transactions is also a plus.
