Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Macon, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in and around Macon metro area, Macon-Bibb County and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an individual with a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the GA bar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of personal injury premises liability experience and should be able to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases. The successful candidate should possess excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, have superior writing and oral advocacy skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
