Associate Attorney (Employment Law) The candidate must have 2 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated interest in Labor & Employment. involving wage/hour violations, meal periods and rest break violations, failure to pay wages and overtime, failure to reimburse for expenses, failure to timely pay final wages and wage statement violations, as well as violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.) A small portion of our practice also includes wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination in violation of public policy.
