Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will assist in managing the worker's compensation files and handling the depositions. The responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). Must have Bar membership and 1+ years of experience working specifically with Workers Compensation Files. Must have experience handling workers' compensation files and be able to do so with little or no supervision. Trial experience is a plus. High Attention detail is needed. Must be an organized self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision. Must be friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast-paced environment). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
