Associate Attorney The candidate will be researching and analyzing the law on complex Family Law issues and writing briefs for submission to the supervising lawyer in the firm. Analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including pleadings, and suggesting revisions to those documents. Performing discovery of various electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Performing due diligence in legal research and other Family Law matters. 1 year of experience preferred. State Bar of Georgia required. Should have a Juris Doctor (JD), and already be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Should be a self-starter, an excellent writer, and have outstanding legal research skills.
