Associate Attorney The candidate should have Bar License. Should have the ability to research all related Trust, Will, estate, and civil issues involved in legal cases; prepare, edit, and finalize drafts of correspondence, pleadings, law and motion, and discovery; legal filing and calendaring; working with and communicating with clients and opposing attorneys; trial preparation. Should have California State Bar licensed attorney; should have 2 years of heavy litigation experience; must be able to use Zoom for video conferencing; trust and estate litigation experience is a plus.
