Property Attorney The candidate must a 3+ years civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff side). Experience with either State Attorney and Public Defender Office is a plus. Must be able to manage a significant case load, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Should possess extensive knowledge and experience in first party property claims and litigation. Should be skilled in evaluating cases. Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems and fully and effectively utilizes available technology and automation.
