Plaintiff Insurance Claim/Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be assisting with the handling of both residential and commercial property insurance claim lawsuits. Responsible for handling a caseload assigned by the firm, as well as developing their own clients. Responsible for client sign-ups, initiating litigation, taking depositions, attending hearings, preparing for and presenting at mediation, and trying cases before a jury. Must be a Florida attorney with 1+ years of experience, and the ability to handle first-party property insurance claims. Must be able to focus on providing exceptional client service and attention. Must be a self-starter, motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and possess a sense of urgency to push cases forward. Must be comfortable using technology and software to help manage files and assist with office automation.
