Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials as needed. Respond to detailed and voluminous discovery as well as review discovery responses thoroughly to prepare 6.4 letters and seek specific supplements. Work as a humble team player with employees of all levels of experiences. Perform routine communications with clients and document same. Compliance with policies and procedures as they apply to communications & file organization. Cultivate relationships with the firms existing and future clients. Provide leadership and direction on cases under supervision and advisement of Partner Attorneys. Requirements: JD Degree Required. Must be a current member of the GA Bar in good standing; current on Bar dues and CLE credits.. Experience with time management systems. Must be adaptable and able to embrace technology and systems to effectively manage a steady case load.. Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, and Excel. Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision. Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Familiarity with MAC computers preferred.
