Foreclosure/Referral Specialist/Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting forms and documents; updating client systems during the life-cycle of the file; communicating internally and externally with other divisions and clients; answering phones and responding to e-mail communications; conducting file reviews; completing case management system steps and updating client database systems; scanning and uploading documents into various firm and client systems; other duties as assigned. Must demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills. Mortgage servicing experience is a plus. High School diploma required, higher education degrees or certifications are a plus.
