Workers Compensation Paralegal Responsibilities: Contact clients and record and store client information. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents (Familiarity with CT WC Forms 30C, 43, 36, 42, etc. a plus). Request and obtain medical records. Request WC hearings. Answer phones. Scan mail. Attend hearings, as needed. Maintain attorney calendar. Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal (previous experience as WC paralegal a plus!). Familiarity with personal injury law and workers compensation law. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Must be able to work with others in a team environment.
