Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years to handle default related cases in Rhode Island. Must have excellent writing and advocacy skills with experience practicing in the state and federal courts. Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must require daily contact with clients, staff, and other departments within the firm. Should have a working knowledge of civil procedure, motion practice, and discovery practice. Some trial or dispositive motion practice is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, will be able to multi-task effectively, and will have an active desire to learn and grow in a very active position. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar required. Admission in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
