Law Firm is looking for an IP Docket Coordinator/Paralegal to join our team in either our New York or New Haven office. The successful candidate will provide supervision of our patent docketing system and ideally can provide patent prosecution support. Job Responsibilities: * Provide Patent prosecution support, including electronic filing of US applications/responses, foreign applications and responses * Manage foreign patent annuities, renewal fees and US maintenance fees * Help prepare Information Disclosure Statements * Daily maintenance/operation of docketing system including docketing of all prosecution and due dates for all patents, annuities and trademarks * Ensure all deadlines are timely met Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in the IP field * Knowledge of patent procedural requirements and USPTO practices * Strong technology skills including knowledge of CPI software and MS Office Suite * Target base pay range for this role is $65K-$90K and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors, including geography Law Firm is looking for an experienced IP Docket Coordinator/Paralegal to join our team.
