Discovery Paralegal - 1st Party Property Defense The candidate will be drafting discovery and responses. Records review. Drafting reports. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Solid knowledge of federal and state court procedures are needed. Must be attentive to deadlines, document control and management. Must be able to prepare discovery responses, and motions, and assist in drafting litigation reports. Must have a high level of computer expertise, including Word and Adobe. Time Matters experience is a plus.
