Personal Injury Paralegal Job duties entail full on litigation paralegal skills: Opening case files, client relations, calendaring and managing deadlines, drafting correspondence and pleadings, filing and serving documents, managing discovery, reviewing medical records and bills, drafting demand letters, and assisting throughout the complete litigation process including preparation for arbitration and trial. Experience a must. 5 year of experience preferred.
