Family Law Paralegal The candidate must be computer proficient including the ability to use legal court document and timekeeping software. Primary duties include: Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials; Investigating and fact-finding for cases; Identifying relevant legal articles, laws and judicial decisions for cases; Assisting in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements; Organizing, indexing and tracking files; Analyzing and organizing information to produce reports; Monitoring and reviewing government regulations; Providing administrative support for attorneys in court and at the offices. 2 years full-time Family law experience is mandatory. Should have familiarity with the following technology: Practice Panther; CEB Essential Forms; Word Perfect; Microsoft Office (Including Outlook); Dissomaster; Xspouse; Adobe Acrobat Pro. Bilingual is a plus.
