Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience for Commercial Real Estate/Land Use Department. Position will entail 1) land use and zoning approvals (preparation of applications to various municipalities, due diligence and attendance at hearings) and 2) acquisitions and sales of residential and commercial real property (preparation and negotiation of contracts, title review, perform due diligence, conduct closings). Must be independent, hard-working and have strong academic credentials.
