Experienced Paralegal Duties: Drafting letters and court correspondence. Drafting pleadings, discovery, and responses. Obtaining and organizing exhibits and documentation are required at different stages of the case. Coordinating and conducting witness interviews. Scheduling depositions and meetings. Developing evidence of harms and losses with clients. Maintaining regular contact with clients. Collecting, reviewing and regularly updating medical records. Notice letters and correspondence regarding liens. Performs other essential functions necessary for the success of the organization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Should have 3-5 years of personal injury paralegal litigation experience ideal; medical malpractice experience preferred. Fine written communication skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency and experience with a broad range of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong research skills; conversant in Lexis. Excellent oral Skills. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with others.
