Insurance Attorney The candidate must have 3 years of experience counseling insurance companies on coverage matters and representing insurers in litigation; experience preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters, as well as litigation experience including handling discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions. Admission to New Jersey and New York Bar is strongly preferred. Federal or New Jersey Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship is preferred. Must possess excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the desire to grow professionally through hard work and a willingness to learn.
