The are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Paralegal (Bilingual Preferred) to join their growing Connecticut law firm. This position is open to part-time, contract, or full-time work. Bilingual Spanish-English speaking is preferred but not required. This office handles legal claims on behalf of injured victims and work injury claimants. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: * 2+ years experience with litigation support for workers compensation and personal injury claims * Excellent customer service * Friendly and compassionate client contact * Efficiency and attention to detail * Ability to manage a large caseload of cases, including workers compensation and car accident injury claims from beginning to mediation, arbitration and trial preparation * Quality customer service through communication with clients regarding updates and questions * Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision * Ability to thrive in a small team environment * Commitment to personal growth and accomplishment in the workplace * Focused hard work with a commitment to balance work/personal life/family life * Humble confidence to explain why you feel that you are someone who stands out from the rest of the pack The offers a competitive salary of $28.00 per hour. This position also offers flexible scheduling, health insurance, and paid time off.
