Associate Attorney Immigration The candidate must have Juris Doctor degree. Should have 2+ years of litigation and affirmative filing experience in Immigration law. Detailed knowledge of relief forms such as Cancellation of Removal, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Asylum/Withholding and CAT before EOIR and be comfortable handling master and individual hearings in these cases is required. Experience representing individuals before USCIS in Applications for Adjustment of Status and Naturalizations and preparing clients for interviews is needed. Strong writing and analytical skills in the preparation of appeal briefs and motions to reconsider/reopen to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office is must.
