Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently generating as much revenue. Documenting all action and communication in the clients case file. Handling a high-volume case load. Negotiating case files with insurance adjusters. Directing legal decisions. Ability to bring past Pre-Litigation experience. Reviewing medical records and bills. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos. Understanding comprehensive medical treatment. Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. Suits. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case.
The candidate must have Juris Doctorate degree. Should be licensed to practice law in Texas. Must have 3+ years of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation experience. Should be detail oriented. Must have strong in computer skills and written and verbal communication. Must have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate.
