Estate Planning and Probate / Family Attorney The candidate's duties include: Probating Wills; Dependent and Independent Administrations; Guardianship Proceedings; Small Estate Affidavits; Heirship Proceedings; and Drafting Wills, POAs, Trusts Agreements among other estate planning documents. Perform all aspects of Family Law representation including Divorces; Modifications; Enforcements; Child custody; Grandparents rights; CPS cases and other complex family matters; Other duties assigned. 2 years of experience in Family or Probate preferred. Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing required. Able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently preferred.
