Associate Attorney The candidate's duties will include : Case Evaluations; Consulting with clients on new and current cases; Developing a case structure from beginning to end; Litigation Discovery of all phases;Drafting and Responding to motions; Negotiating; Maintaining client expectations; Meeting client expectations and limitations on cases; Obtaining all contacts, deadlines, and assignments. Should be Licensed in any state in the US to practice law (in good standing); Should been practicing Law within Administrative Court / Federal Court; Labor Law experience (a plus); Court experience (a plus). Must have 3 years + experience with practicing Law within Administrative Court / Federal Court; Labor Law experience (a plus); Court experience (a plus).
