Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience to join an insurance defense practice. Should preferably be admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and have experience with civil practice, including drafting motions and pleadings, appearing for court conferences and motion hearings, and conducting depositions. A demonstrated proficiency in research and writing is required. Must also be willing to travel to court in all boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Hudson Valley courthouses.
