Litigation Attorney The candidate must have the litigation experience to jump right into cases, attend hearings and status conferences, and assist with all aspects of the firm's litigation practice including case management, drafting and filing pleadings, preparing and reviewing discovery, assisting with preparation for depositions, witness interviews, motions practice, attending trials, and working directly with clients. This is a hybrid position and we require that the attorney come into the office for at least two days per week and attend hearings, deposition, and other proceedings as necessary.
