Associate Attorney The candidate will be working with an experienced Case Manager to monitor clients medical care. Writing detailed demand letters. Reviewing and summarizing medical records. Preparing settlement demand packages to send to insurance companies. Negotiating and facilitating pre-litigation settlements. Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers. Overseeing negotiations to reduce healthcare liens and bills post-settlement. Preparing final accounting letters and closing cases. Providing leadership to support staff. Should have 2-3 years of experience. Should be an independent, self-motivated problem solver who can proactively find and execute on solutions. Attention to detail is required. Should be capable of managing a pre-litigation personal injury case load from case inception to case closure. Strong legal knowledge is needed.
