Associate Attorney The candidate must have JD from an accredited Law School. Should be admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Must have 3+ years of insurance coverage and/or defence litigation experience and also experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice. Superior written and oral communication skills required. Legal project management experience is helpful. Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload; Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects; Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and Examinations under Oath; Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
