Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Practice areas include Litigation, Products Liability, Business Litigation and Advising, Commercial, Employment, Toxic Torts, Medical devices, Cyber Security/Privacy and Financial Services. Must have credentials from an ABA-approved law school, be actively licensed by the Minnesota State Bar, and have excellent writing skills. Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and in court and working closely with team members in Minneapolis and across the nation.
