Civil/Probate Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will draft court pleadings, forms, client and attorney declarations, memorandums of points and authorities, discovery demands, and responses (interrogatories, requests for production of documents, admissions, etc.). Draft correspondence to opposing counsel and various parties. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, third parties, etc. Perform legal research. Prepare for and attend Court hearings. A J.D., and California Bar license are required. Should preferably have 1-3 years civil litigation experience. Strong research and writing skills are needed. Should have the ability to draft complaints, discovery, depositions, law, and motion, attend court appearances, mediations, and trials. Should be proficient in MS Office, Clio, and Client file management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal are needed. Should have the ability in decision-making and problem-solving. Analytical, detail-oriented, organized is needed.
