Associate Attorney Candidate may also support the firm's Corporate, Business Litigation, Health Care and Product Liability and Complex Torts practice groups, including in California consumer class actions and commercial litigation matters. Must be admitted in California to support Labor & Employment group's complex litigation, class action defense, and restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation practices. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation, and initiative. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience with, or readiness for, direct client contact. Work location in Minnesota is preferred, but is negotiable. Must be admitted to practice in California and Minnesota (or eligible for admission by practice in Minnesota). 3+ years litigation experience required, preferably with experience defending class or other complex matters is required.
