Associate Attorney Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of civil litigation commensurate with their experience including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Will: Screen and review cases. Client contact and communication. Prepare complaints. File motions. Conduct discovery. Handle all aspects of litigation through mediations, settlement or trial. Qualifications: Must be admitted in Colorado and received their JD Degree from a nationally accredited law school. Must have excellent academics and 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation. Litigation Experience (First Party Property Insurance Preferred). Trial Experience. Experience in Taking & Defending Depositions. Strong Research and Writing Skills. Strong Marketing Skills. Great Written & Verbal Skills. Self-Motivated. Works Well Independently. Must have strong writing skills. Must be detail oriented and organized and able to work in a fast pace environment.
