Personal Injury/Civil Rights Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients. Handle their own caseload. Will represent clients in court proceedings. Defend and take depositions. Prepare and draft pleadings. Help prepare cases for trial. Negotiate settlements. Previous experience in Plaintiff's side personal injury litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
