Presuit Attorney Director_Personal Injury The candidate' must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Personal Injury and a desire to play a key role in winning the fight for our clients. Responsibilities: Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation cases; Complete the Flip-to-Lit also known as file suit approval; Guide clients and the team through the case process; Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Law degree from a fully accredited law school; Should have An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
