Appellate Attorney (Associate) The candidate will work in Case record analysis, brief writing, oral argument and building a working/conversational knowledge of veterans and federal administrative law; Appellate motion practice, electronic filing of necessary documents and Active licensed attorneys only please. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent are required. Admission to at least one State Bar, or pending licensure are required. Must have 1-3 years experience.
