Paralegal The candidate is responsible for entering time, billing, and basic office duties. Must have computer and typing skills. Will also be responsible for answering phones and greeting clients. This position requires strong computer skills, must be able to draft documents, schedule depositions, research case law and e-file. Strong writing skills required. 1-2 years preferred. Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, financial disclosure statements, and other correspondence (e.g., affidavits, child support, tax calculations, property division worksheets, responsive pleadings, etc.), E-filing documents with the court. Maintaining attorney case files, Scheduling appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings, Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits and providing assistance in trial settings. Should preferably have Paralegal Certificate.
