Job Description: The paralegal will assist litigation attorneys in case management focusing on creditor representation in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia at the state and Federal level. The paralegal will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and preparing pleadings, motions, and post-judgment recovery actions for active litigation. The paralegal will also review and file all other documents relevant to court actions, maintain a litigation calendar, and perform general administrative duties. Salary and Benefits: The position is open immediately and the starting salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Location: The position is located in Rockville, MD and the candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
