Attorney The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish. Previous immigration experience preferred. Will be traveling to many court hearings and jails/detention centers within all of San Diego County.Will be required to represent clients before the immigration courts and USCIS. Will also be required to draft legal briefs, prepare client affidavits, and prepare and file legal documents and motions with the court and USCIS. Candidate must pay attention to detail and must be careful with the filing deadlines and calendaring of court hearings. Candidate must also be friendly and patient with the clientele and staff at all times.
