Legal Secretary The candidate will assist on telephone answering, filing, typing, and receptionist duties. Will assist on court filings and other errands. Meetings and telephone conferences with clients, court personnel, attorneys, and others. Review, analysis, organization and indexing of discovery and other documents. Assist with preparation of correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other documentation; and Assist with preparation of documents and exhibits for meetings, negotiations, depositions, hearings, and trials. Must be entry level experienced legal secretary. Must have fast and accurate keyboarding and computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently and with others, and is able to meet objectives in a deadline driven environment.
