Trust and Estate Paralegal The candidate will conduct estate and tax administration. Responsibilities include valuation of assets, preparation of fiduciary accountings, estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, probate petitions and other related documents. Position involves heavy contact with clients, banks, accountants, Probate Court clerks and other individuals and agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Excellent overall computer skills are also required. Ideal candidate will be familiar with accounting and tax software such as OneSource Fiduciary Accounting (FAS), Lacerte and Appraise Evaluation Services.
