Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in both Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to discharge. Should also have experience drafting: motions to modify, opposing motions to dismiss, responding to motions for relief from the automatic stay, lam motions and adversary proceedings, motions to avoid judgment liens, motions to continue or impose the automatic stay and fee applications. Strong organization and communication skills is required. Proficient at ECF filing and use of Best Case and must be knowledgeable with applicable bankruptcy court filing requirements and local rules for the Central District of California is needed. Strong legal research skills is must.
