Paralegal The candidate will confirm the Case is Set up Properly. Will work on Verbal contact with the client and establish a relationship with the client as early as possible. Confirm the client is or has been treating with a doctor. Set up claims with any health insurance providers which require such. Ordering Records and Bills. Verify declaration pages have been sent by all insurance companies. Putting demand packages together. Get the file ready to settle Close down files accordingly. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Experience with Litigation is a plus.
