Attorney The candidate will focuses on automobile negligence, wrongful death, products liability, insurance fraud, property damage, and personal injury litigation. Must be experienced Associate Attorney. An active Florida Bar license and experience in a personal injury defense law firm is preferred. Should preferably have strong oral advocacy and legal writing and research skills, with demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, discovery, brief writing, and efficient management and review of complex documents produced in discovery.
