The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of pre-litigation personal injury law experience and be able to take a new claim from start to finish. This includes filing claims with insurance companies, ordering medical records, conducting recorded statements, interacting with clients and keeping them informed, preparing demand letters, and resolving liens issues. The candidate must also be familiar with Medicare/Medicaid liens and be able to work well in a team setting.
