Part-time Attorney at Law The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on legal issues. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Work may include family law, criminal defense, immigration, personal injury, and other areas. Must have 1 year of experience. Newly admitted attorneys are welcome to apply. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Should be a self-starter with an aggressive attitude in research, litigation and negotiations. Spanish skills are needed.
