Part Time Employment Attorney The candidate will handle employment cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination and wage and hour matters. Will assist principal attorney on project basis for some cases. Manage some of own cases, including written discovery, depositions, law/motion practice, and correspondence. Occasionally will have to appear in court. Should have 3 years of experience as an employment attorney with litigation experience. Must have a law degree.
