Workers Compensation/Social Security Paralegal The candidate will entails all aspects of maintaining the Claimant file, from opening to closing, preparing pleadings, docketing, scheduling depositions, obtaining medical records, and talking to Claimants, insurance adjusters, attorneys and doctors offices. Must be proficient in workers compensation practice and procedures,use good grammar and punctuation, and familiar with the use of common office equipment. Some experience with social security disability is preferred as well. Should have 3 years of experience with a Claimant firm.
